NAYPYITAW Myanmar (Reuters) - U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon told the Myanmar government on Wednesday he is concerned about the welfare of the country's Rohingya Muslims and asked officials to ensure access for UN agencies delivering humanitarian assistance to them.
