PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Khai Prosith, a well-known Cambodian actor during 1980s, wanted to adopt a 14-year-old boy who was cruelly tortured by two men Thursday in Prey Veng's Pearang district. “After I saw the photos of that boy on Facebook, I almost teared, and I contacted my friends to rescue him”, he said.
