Jay Nixon Calls Off Ferguson Curfew

FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) — Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon says no curfew will be in place early Tuesday morning in Ferguson, and the National Guard keeping watch there will have "immediate and limited" responsibilities.
