Patients get certificates after plastic surgery in South Korea
South Korean plastic surgeons have taken to giving out medical certificates to prove their patients’ identity so that they may return home.Onbao, a South Korean news site, reported that the physical appearance of these patients change so drastically, airport officials have had trouble identifying them at the passport control.
