A one-armed man who raped 18 women over a five-year reign of terror has been jailed for 315 years. Mhlonishwa Mathebula, 33, was one of the most-wanted men in eastern South Africa, IOL News reported Monday. He received nine life sentences and 90 years after pleading guilty.
