‘7th Heaven’ star Stephen Collins ‘deeply regrets’ sexual abuse of underage girls
Former ‘7th Heaven’ star Stephen Collins has spoken publicly about his inappropriate sexual conduct with underage girls. Collins, 67, released a lengthy statement to People magazine in which he admits to the inappropriate contact saying it was with three female minors, and took place 20, 32 and 40-years ago.
