ALBANY – The homeless woman who was found dead at Empire State Plaza over the weekend had recently emigrated from Southeast Asia, and she had a child, New York State Police said Monday. Htee K. Paw, 23, and her husband came to Rensselaer about one year ago from Myanmar, the country formerly known as Burma, State Police Sr. Investigator Jerome Holland told NewsChannel 13.
