Israel, U.S. firms reach deal to produce Iron Dome rocket interceptor
 Israel's Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and U.S. firm Raytheon have reached an agreement in principle to jointly produce the Iron Dome anti-rocket system "on American soil," the Israel Defense magazine reported Thursday. The partnership will enable the Israeli military to fund the procurement of additional Iron Dome batteries through some 3 billion U.S. dollars in annual U.S military aid to Israel, which can only be spent on U.S.-made weapons systems and munitions.
